Access to basic services & goods

Access to basic services includes basic access to drinking water, basic sanitation facilities, essential health services (including mental health care, reproductive health and vaccination) and education (as a minimum primary school education). Access to a mobile phone is here included as access to a basic good. Depending on the type of service, the indicators can be collected at the individual or the household level: water and sanitation can bee collected at the household level, whereas access to health care and education at the individual level.
